The Interreg IPA ADRION Programme carried out its first in-person capitalisation meeting on 24.06.2026 in Rimini, bringing together project partners and stakeholders for a valuable moment of reconnection, exchange, and forward-looking discussion.
The event marked an important milestone for the Programme, offering participants the opportunity to reflect on shared progress and explore how collaborative approaches can strengthen long-term impact. Among those present was the PROMONT project, represented by its capitalisation partner, the Adriatic Ionian Euroregion, alongside other projects currently under implementation across the ADRION area.

More than a simple gathering, the meeting provided a platform to examine the broader significance of ongoing initiatives. Participants engaged in dynamic panel discussions, interactive roundtables, and hands-on workshops designed to encourage dialogue beyond individual project frameworks. The focus was clear: moving from isolated results toward collective value and sustainable outcomes.
A central theme that emerged throughout the meeting was the concept of capitalisation as a strategic tool: by sharing knowledge, aligning methodologies, and building on existing achievements, projects can amplify their results and contribute more effectively to regional development goals.
The meeting reinforced a key message: when projects work together, they go beyond simply delivering outputs—they create momentum for meaningful, long-term change.

The PROMONT project will be involved in Thematic Cluster No. 7 (Biodiversity and Natural Terrestrial Habitat Conservation), which in the coming months will work on joint activities such as common policy documents, joint events, and other initiatives. The meeting in Rimini was a first attempt to identify potential joint activities within Cluster 7.
