Novi Sad, the second largest city in Serbia, is the European Youth Capital in 2019. Famous for being one of the most dynamic city in the Balkans, the city is also hosting one of Europe’s leading music festivals (EXIT) and will become the European Capital of Culture in 2021.
Novi Sad entered the year 2019 as the European Youth Capital, and this prestigious title awarded by the European Youth Forum will be celebrated on Saturday, January 26th.
The opening ceremony begins in the Novi Sad Synagogue, with the presence of the top Serbian and European officials, after which the big celebration continues with the party at the SPENS Great Hall. At this big opening party, we will host world, regional and local music stars: JAX JONES, OFENBACH, MAHMUT ORHAN, VAN GOGH, MARKO LUIS and HELEM NEJSE.
Ceremony in Synagogue is for invited people only but the concert in SPENS is opened to everyone with free entrance.
