The round-tables will welcome the comments and recommendations of the European Commission, the European Parliament and other relevant stakeholders on the specific topics addressed, namely on the environmental and Blue Growth dimensions of the Mediterranean and their relations on the one hand to industrial development in the basin with a focus on sustainable ports and energy, and on the other hand to maritime jobs and sustainable employment in the basin with a focus on fisheries and tourism. The dialogues, debates and comments coming up from all round-tables should allow the partnership of COM&CAP MarInA-Med to deliver ad hoc recommendations to the MED Programme regarding issues and challenges in the Mediterranean basin to be tackled in the future and during the forthcoming programming period.
