Short description
SIMPLE Project aims to improve the employability and integration of Ukrainian refugees in Europe, with a focus on education, vocational training, and support for vulnerable groups, especially women and older adults. It promotes collaboration among academia, industry, government, and civil society. In response to the challenges faced by Ukrainian refugees—such as job mismatches, unstable incomes, and social exclusion—SIMPLE seeks to:
- Identify and scale up effective social innovation practices.
- Engage and empower key stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and implement a new integration model.
- Ensure long-term impact through dissemination and capacity-building efforts.
